Jeff came to DFW 30 years ago after graduating from Baylor University (BBA 1993, Sic ‘em Bears). Jeff has experience from working with 3 different large home improvement companies and 15 years experience as the owner of ATD Painting. Jeff believes the key to home improvement success is to build a repeat and referral base of business. This keeps the focus on quality and customer service.

Adam gained extensive management and customer service experience in big box retail. A great deal of that time was in the furniture industry where he assisted with customer’s selection of styles and colors. Now with ATD Painting for 7 years Adam has become invaluable with his expertise on almost every aspect of our business. In addition to managing the overall business, Adam also does painting estimates in Northeast Tarrant County.

Lee manages and does painting estimates on the south side of DFW. Lee gained extensive management and customer service experience in the furniture industry. Lee also has home improvement experience from a family owned construction business. Lee’s insights into styles and colors, along with his knowledge of construction, make him a great asset to ATD painting’s customers for both interior and exterior painting.

Shane is a graduate of Sam Houston State University (BBA 1994) where he was a kicker on the football team. Shane gained over 20 years experience in multi unit retail and finance management. ATD’s customers find Shane to be meticulous, detailed and thorough in both his estimates and job management. Shane manages and does painting estimates from central DFW up to the Plano area.

A graduate of College of the Sequoias, Rudy has called DFW home for over a decade. Before ATD, Rudy gained management experience from his years as a general manager in a grocery store. Rudy manages and does painting estimates In the Collin County area. He is extremely accommodating and responsive in working with ATD’s customers on providing estimates, color selections and various options for painting.

Painting since 1983 from California to the Islands of Turks and Caicos, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. Having lived and traveled all over the world, Ken draws his ideas of color and textures from the walls of Old-World Europe, the earth tones of South American clays, and the vibrant hues of the Caribbean. While studying in Italy, Kenneth became a Maestro of Venetian Plasters, colored frescos, and wood nishes. In addition to project management, Ken assists with color consultations upon request.

Chris spends most of his days doing quality inspections on in-progress jobs. The primary purpose is to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to being an excellent communicator and problem solver, Chris is an extremely skilled carpenter and is frequently sent to supervise jobs where a high skill level of carpentry is needed.

Leo spends most of his days doing quality inspections on in-progress commercial painting projects. Prior to ATD, Leo supervised commercial roof coatings and large-scale commercial carpentry and painting projects. Leo is also an extremely skilled carpenter and is frequently sent to supervise jobs where a high skill level of carpentry is needed. When he is between commercial painting projects, Leo will assist with residential painting projects.

Kathy is one of the three friendly voices you will likely hear when calling our office. Kathy’s goal is to ensure a great customer experience when contacting us. In addition to coordinating estimates and job starts, Kathy can take care of request for 1099s, insurance certicates, or other documents, upon request.
