Some home improvement projects require you to completely empty rooms before work begins. In most cases, ATD can move furniture away from walls and cover it with plastic, even when painting ceilings. ATD will also gladly do interior painting in phases, if it make the painting more manageable for you.
The Quality of our Prep Work for Interior House Painting
ATD can prep, paint, and clean up faster than is normally found elsewhere. Returning your living spaces to you quickly is one of our daily goals.
Soft flooring is covered with plastic, hard flooring is covered with brown paper. Furniture is moved to the center of the room, then furniture and fixtures are covered with plastic. Switch plate covers are removed and plugs and switches are taped.
Because ATD specializes in painting, we have experience and tools that make prepping a room like this fast and easy.
One of the benefits of hiring a professional painter vs. a jack-of-all-trades or a general contractor is the speed and ease of the workflow (in addition to the quality of the finished product). A skilled, experienced paint crew can prep several rooms in 1-2 hours, removal of paper and plastic upon completion is even faster. Quality prep makes for a better interior paint job.

Large & Luxury Home Painting
Whether it’s upgraded elaborate trim, high ceilings, or high square footage, luxury home painting has unique challenges. ATD has the tools and experience to meet this challenge.
ATD has painted hundreds of homes in excess of 6000 ++ square feet. What could take other paint companies months we have accomplished in days or weeks. Our ease of completion comes from large experienced crews and decades of experience in these environments.
When painting large smooth interior doors, floor-to-ceiling elaborate window or mantle trim, oversized and high crown or other moldings a different approach and a higher level of skills are needed. By comparison, a 3 to 5-inch door casing or standard door with an embossed grain pattern can be brushed with minimal (if any ) brush marks. Larger and smooth trim is better sprayed. ATD has the ability to spray smooth trim, even in occupied homes, when brushing would not accomplish a smooth enough finish.

The did the interior first and they worked with me to do the interior in stages so that we only had to pack up and prep part of the house at any given time. They were very careful about making sure that they put stuff down on the floor and protected anything that was left in the room, they cleaned up at the end of each phase and did a good job. They came back, there were only tow things that we noticed after the work was done, where we wanted an extra touch up and they were very happy to do that. They did a walk through after each phase to make sure that they’ve taken care of everything that they were supposed to. They did a really nice job, I’m very happy with them and I’ve already recommended them to other friends.
